Many of you know, I first started this blog a few years ago to write about the Tuning World and my Travels throughout, with constant updates on the scene. How times have changed since then. Now there are MANY different blogs/websites all over the world providing updates on the Tuning Scene for everyone. However this is good, because it gave me the chance to start blogging more personally about MY OWN tuning and travels, while living this crazy life!
Lately, it has been a blog more specific to my own personal life, my cars, and what I'm getting upto in this crazy Industry! I only blog for myself really, and for the benefit of a few friends who often read to see what I'm doing, but I'm constantly surprised at the huge amount of interest and emails, messages of kind words I get from those of you who read my blog. Thank you for all the support. It really is great to know people actually appreciate and like what I'm doing in this life.
To cut the rambling short, this is a message of thanks and free plug for a recent Car blogger who contacted me. Gabriel Tan at Carbon Clad blogs about the tuning and car scene in Singapore and Malaysia. Now you know I've been pretty clued in on the scene all over, including SG, but it is always good to read from those actually involved and living the tuning life out in SG. It's a cool blog, so go check it out! Thanks again Gabriel for stopping by! Keep in touch..

A.I Charity day...
Called into my local tuner A.I Autosport lastweek for a Charity shop/dyno day. Didn't stay too long, but as it was for a good cause I thought I would drop by and contribute! A really great turnout and support with over £2000 raised that day alone for RNIB Charity for the blind. Great cars, great BBQ, and a great charity, made it a fun day out for all. It was good to see old friends too! Some photos...

AE86irl Trackday...
Next up was the AE86 Ireland trackday at Mondello Circuit. I had been looking forward to this for a while, and was more excited as I had not previously drove at Mondello myself. The car was well prep'd long before the trackday and ready to go! New Dunlop Direzza's fitted to the 15" SSR Longchamps, fine suspension setup, with a few night shakedown on street, service, fine tune, then filled with Super Unleaded! The car ran so well all day, after driving the 2 hours to the track, drove hard all day, and 2 hours home, flawless, so I was pretty happy to say the least! The Dunlop Direzzas were awsome all day pushing hard, and I was surprised even at how much grip the '86 had, amazing setup! Now Im starting to see why this car really was setup for grip/track use...and Im getting into it now! Just managed to get catch tank sorted for Mondello in time too, and it served its purpose well. It's a MUST for Mondello I have to say! The event was open pit, so we had lots of track time. Most of it ran smoothly enough bar some 'inexperienced' drivers errors, or not obeying common track rules. I enjoyed it, and was good to catch up with some old friends I hadn't seen for quite some time. Credit to Paddy McGrath for the fantastic last photo! Roll on the next trackday, enjoying this car alot!
Remember this??

Busy days...
VERY very busy days lately, and to be honest I dont know how I'm keeping up with blogging, but I am. I guess I've got into keeping my blog updated again, which can only be a good thing. It is actually sometimes relaxing to sit down and update, in between flights, business and sleeping! ALOT going on lately between here and UK...
Very clean little car, and quick being the 1.6. They are getting rare now, especially in this condition, so it would have been rude not to bring it back home with me. Actually I had been looking for something like this for quite a while now, as a little runaround...what can I say, I have a thing for old-school cars like this! More soon..

Back to the '86...finally
Finally had some time to get back to the AE86 again, and focus on getting some things done and prep'd for the upcoming trackdays etc. Full service, suspension setup, few shakedowns on the street, then put on some Dunlop Direzza Tyres. One last thing that is a MUST have for some of the circuits here is Catch Tank. So i set about making and putting this one together...It's serving its purpose well...

Ireland Rugby...
Finally had some time to chill and relax, and even by that I mean away from cars. My friend gave me some free tickets to the sold out Ireland Six Nations Rugby game in Croke Park, Dublin, so I thought I'd tag along. Always a great atmosphere and fun day out, aswell as Ireland winning and now leading the way for winning the RBS Championship...Of course I took some pics, awsome view here...
