I have seen a few Eco 86's before... but this one is certainly interesting...

It all looks nice and simple on the outside, SSR Mesh, with some interesting Graphics...

                ...and this strange 'EV86' Badge on the back, can only mean one thing!

You guessed it... Electric Vehicle...running an Eco Electric Motor! Hmmm...

Toyota 86...

I never get tired of anything Toyota 86... So here's another blog post on this great car!

Of course it's EVERYWHERE in the media, but it's always nice to enjoy personally...

These shots were taken at the Ikebukuro Toyota Gallery in Tokyo...

I often come here to relax and take a seat while studying the beautiful lines of this car!

I'm ALWAYS finding a new angle/part, just look at that flow in the rear quarter to spoiler...

They always make a great display, including this detailed sign about Toyota 86 TOUGE series...

Itasha(痛車) Part 2...

Following on from my last post, Itasha 86  It seems many of you were interested in more...

It's nothing new, but I get the feeling we'll be seeing ALOT more Itasha outside Japan, SOON!

Itasha...86 痛車 ハチロク

Itasha(痛車) is a huge otaku sub-culture in the Japan car scene, translating to 'Pain-mobile'.
  Although popular in Japan, it's not so common in the U.S, and almost unheard of in Europe!
It is surprising that it's never became popular abroad, but maybe it will take some time...

After a recent trip to Toyota, I thought I'd share some Itasha 86 photos...

Love it or hate it, it's certainly eye-catching and VERY unique...many won't understand it!

Based on 'Otaku' characters from popular Japanese Anime/Manga, it attracts many people!

Personally, I like it, though I don't think Europe is ready for it just yet, but who knows!

Chasing Chasers, at Tsukuba! Spotted these two stunning JZX100's in the Car Park!

The first one was slammed, and looks to have a hard life as a full on street drifter...

The second was just PERFECT in every way. If I ever buy a Chaser, it will be like this...

Everytime I'm in the Odaiba area, I make a point of stopping by Toyota for a coffee to relax..

It's also fun to see what new cars or displays they have each time! Lexus ISF...Race Car!

The attention to detail and quality of the Interior / Roll cage Fabrication was just Perfection!

Carbon Fibre, Titanium, and Full Race Chassis made me spend most of my time here..

Toys...Not Your Usual...

I've also been Collecting 'Toy' Cars for many years now, and have been adding more recently!

I have a HUGE 'Wanted' List, but I'll just keep picking them up as I go along...

More recently it's been 'Toy' related compared to Discasts, but Not Your Usual...

Drift Muscle, Tsukuba: My Hero

One of my final posts about the recent Drift Muscle, Tsukuba Event!

Amongst all the SR20's and Turbo's, there was one Awsome sound to me...

A Dirty ol' Datsun running N/A on FCR Carbs quickly become My Hero!

He took me back to the FUN days of Drifting and enjoying cars...Regardless of Money, etc

This Guy was Flat out ALL day, Full revs, Clutch Kicking and Pure Balls Out Drifting!

Holding his own against the Big power cars, he made me Smile with every Drift run...

I just had to go take a closer look around this Old School Machine...FCR Carbs, Cola Can Oil-Catch tank, Oil Cap held on with some Ductape, and messy Spaghetti Japanese Wiring!
