Orido's Bar...

Well after a busy day in Akihabara I met up with my friend Ed to check out the Yokohama night life. First on the cards was Bar 559, the diner and bar owned by famous racing driver and drifter Orido Manabu. We had wanted to visit here for a long time and finally it would happen tonight, or would it? Ed had a bad feeling since meeting at the station, and the pouring rain didn't help, but we battled on and got on the subway! We made it to the bar to be greeted by a big fat CLOSED sign (T_T) It just wasn't meant to be I guess. We were very sad, read more about it on Ed's blog also...

Being Irish, we are not ones to give up the fight. We made our way back to Yokohama to find a nice place and what a place it was. 'The Green Sheep' is an Irish Pub in downtown Yokohama. It's great! Live music, good food, drinks, nice atmosphere and friendly people, we stayed here to late on many nights haha, good times!
