This weekend I was in Knockhill, Scotland, for Round 2 of the European Drift Championship, and Time Attack Series. After very little sleep the night before, up at 4am to catch the ferry, then drive over 3 hours, myself and Time Attack snapper Ed were just a tad exhausted. But there is something about tuned drift/time attack cars that wakes us up! Straight to the track to sign on, and start taking photos, as saturday was the practice session. After this it was off to the hotel for some late night socialising and up early for the main event next day... European Drift Championship Round.2!
EDC 2007 champion Brett Castle in action...Pete Barber's Triple Rotor powered RX7...that NOISE!!
TrampDrift spec BMW moved up the ranks from BDC series...
The two Irish drivers, battle it out in Tsuiso round!
BonBon in the Driftworks Chaser made it to the final...
To face Tim Marshall in the Apex Performance V8 R33 Skyline... Tim was the overall winner, after a great final battle...
Smile for the camera...Well done Tim! First EDC win
